FENSHO Marketplace – Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- If cancelled before shipment, full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy
- Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Return requests are subject to FENSHO admin approval.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return pickup will be arranged through our logistics partners.
- Refund will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified by the vendor.
- Shipping and reverse logistics charges are borne by the vendor.

3. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Subject to product availability.
- If replacement stock is unavailable, refund will be processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Personal care products
- Innerwear
- Perishable goods
- Customized or made-to-order products

5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.
- In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

6. Fraud & Misuse Protection
- FENSHO reserves the right to reject return requests in case of misuse, damage, or policy abuse.
- Repeated fraudulent activities may lead to account suspension.

7. Commission & GST
- Marketplace commission and applicable GST are non-refundable in case of successful delivery unless legally required.
